Our letting service gives you the opportunity to enjoy your holiday home when you want to and, on those occasions when you’re not using it, it’s a hassle free way to earn income to help towards your site fees and running costs. You choose the dates you want to let and leave us to do the work.

You can let your holiday home as much or as little as you choose, even if it’s just one break.

Our service provides:

• A dedicated support team on park.

• A thorough clean and detailed check after each letting.

• Free carpet and upholstery cleans whilst letting with us.

• Free inventory replacements whilst letting with us.

• Guaranteed income on all the dates you let.

• Monthly earnings statements from May until October.

And that’s not all...behind the scenes we also take care of:

• Advertising through newspapers, TV, internet, brochures and direct mail.

• Management of all the bookings.

• Providing a friendly welcome and reception service for the guests.

• Key handling.

• Issuing of entertainment passes.

What happens next...

We’ll assess your holiday home and assign it to the appropriate grade. We’ll also let you know if any work needs to be completed for it to meet the required standard for letting. Once your holiday home has been accepted you’ll be able to manage your lettings through this website.
